It started working on 1^st February, 2008. Patients after stabilization in CCU are transfered ti HDU. The High Dependency Unit has 8 beds where comparatively stable patients and post surgical patients can be transferred from the Operation Theater, where special care can be given to the patients under strict vigilance.
