| Preventing Injuries: |

- Patients should feel free to call for help when getting out of bed or using the bathroom at any time so as to prevent any accidental injuries caused by falls.
- Inform a nurse if trouble reaching the call button.
- Keep glasses within reach and room should be well lit so as to see.
- The hospital will provide patients with slippers which will prevent any slips.
- Needles and used vials should be disposed off safely in order.
